We are a very INFORMAL group and our minutes reflect that.  We have no chair, and no formal secretary - we create an agenda together, and a volunteer will take the minutes.  Very often, there are big chunks missing in the minutes because we get involved in discussion and forget to take notes!  We conduct a lot of our "business" via email, text, and phone conversations which may not be reflected in our minutes.  If you want to know what we're up to, JOIN US!!
